Preface
For years various elements have come to me from many different sources that go into making up an outreach/discipleship program. I called it ACTS: All Christians Training School, and I put it on the internet.
My vision for this program is born out of an intense desire to see the Church living in the passion to save the lost. Jesus had this passion from the heart of the Father. The early Church had this passion. This is the number one interest of the Father, and this is where the true joy and victory of the Church lies—in reaching out with passionate love to rescue the perishing.
All that God is pouring into the Church, all the gifts, teachings, and manifestations of His glory, is all for one purpose, and that is to win the lost. This is very evident in the life of Jesus. His life was for the lost.
There is a momentum that we have not yet gotten over into. Some individuals have gotten there, but this momentum of a sold out passion to win souls to Jesus, is not being experienced by the Church as a whole. Once we do get over into this momentum, we will look back and say, "What have we been doing all these years?"
It’s like when one great preacher prayed the Ephesian prayer repeatedly, and when revelation Word started coming to him like never before, he wondered what he had been preaching before! And he’s never been the same since, nor has the world, because of the impact of his ministry. He got into the momentum of revelation knowledge.
It’s like Church members who go on a mission trip and it radically changes their lives—never the same again.
When the Church, when each one of us as members of the Church, catches the flame of the passion of being sold out and sensitive to save souls, everywhere and at all times, we will never be the same, nor will the world.
My prayer is that this program be a guide that will help us step through our self-imposed barriers, so we can share the life and blessing of Jesus with a hurting, helpless, hell-bound world. Once you step through the walls, you are never the same. There is no end to it. Your vision, your passion, your number one interest, is to see souls come to Jesus, grow up, and duplicate themselves into the lives of others.  When we as a Church catch this passion, the world will never be the same.                   Feb. 6, 2001.
