DECLARING THE WORD UNTO VICTORY

We must all understand that we are not beggars, trying to beg God to give us something or do something for us. We are all His sons and daughters, redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus and exalted with Him to carry out a divine mission. We are all called to take the glory of God to the ends of the earth--to every person on the earth! Hallelujah!
We must understand that in Christ, we have been fully equipped us to carry out the task. God does not carry out a mission ill-equipped nor with incomplete planning. He has given us the same Word, the same Spirit, the same assurance of His constant presence, the same all-sufficient power to be with us, and the same angelic ministration to be working for us. We've got it! We've got everything we need in Christ.
He has given us His plan, and here is the plan. He has ordained that the same Word by which He created the worlds be in our mouth, and that the same Spirit that hovered over the face of the deep be in and upon our life. By that same Word and Spirit, we are to speak the Light and Life of God into this sin darkened world to bring a manifestation of His glory into the waters of humanity (Gen.1.2). That is not begging. From an exalted position of being in Christ, seated together with Him, that is releasing unlimited creative power to bring the manifestation of the glory of God, the goodness of God, into all the earth. This is done through the preaching of the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.
God created the earth and saw what He had created, and seven times He declared it to be good  (Gen.1.4,10,12,17,21,25,31). This indicates that the earth was completely filled with the glory (goodness) of God. This speaking forth of the Light and Life of God through the preaching of the gospel is the commission of the church. This is the plan: Go. Speak the Word by the anointing of the Holy Ghost to every creature. See the manifestation of the glory, the goodness of God in the earth, by the unlimited creative power of God.
Oh, get a hold of this, saints. This is the plan. If we will carry out the plan, the world will see the Man, and His glory will fill the earth. Hallelujah!
So, we want load our tongue with some Word to declare, so that we can see Jesus manifested in the earth today. In times of prayer, we can declare this Word into each other's lives and ministries. We desire you to declare this into our lives and ministry. Wherever we are in the world, your declarations can touch and support us in an instant. We need your declarations of faith in your prayers.

Declare The Word Unto Victory
Here is some scriptural basis for declaring the Word.
22. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
23. For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
24. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.
25. And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have aught against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
26. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. Mk.11:22-26

Isa 55:11  So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Jesus went back to heaven, but He called you. Your mouth is the mouth that God has on the earth today.

Psa 103:20  Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word (His Word in your mouth is His voice).

Rom 4:17 God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
His Word in your mouth, spoken in faith, has creative power.

Now, get your Bible out. This is a prayer guide for you to pray for us. You can declare, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, these things into our lives as we can do the same into your lives.
    Declare:

1. That the Word have free course and be glorified, and that we be delivered from wicked men. 2Thes.3.1,2. Isa.54.17.

2. That we have doors open for bold utterance be given us to make the gospel message clear and simple to all, and that we be true representatives, ambassadors, of Christ, to whom we have committed our lives. Eph.6.18-20;  Col.4.2-4.
We understand that if God finds a willing mouthpiece who He can trust to speak His Word clearly and truly, He will move heaven and earth to guide and provide for those people, so we want to be that mouthpiece. That is why we first request that you pray that we be that clear, bold mouthpiece of God.

3. That we have the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him, the eyes our our understanding being enlightened so that we know, are thoroughly acquainted with, knowing and understanding the hope of His calling, the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe. Eph.1.16-23.

4. That we be strengthened with might by His Spirit in the inner man, that Christ might dwell in our hearts by faith, rooted and grounded in love so that we are able to comprehend every dimension of God, and to know the love of Christ that passes knowledge, so that we are filled with all the fulness of God (for God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we are able to ask or think).
We understand that if the life of God is released in us, then we will have physical strength, health, healing, and financial provision. So we request that the life, love, and revelation knowledge of God be operating in us. Eph.3.14-21.

5. That we might have a prosperous journey to come unto you and impart spiritual gifts unto you so you are strengthened in the faith. Rom.1.9-13.
1Thes.3.10,11;  Phlm.vs.22

6. That our expectation of personal deliverance from danger be set on God Himself, while you cooperate by your prayers for us, so that we all are partakers of that grace of deliverance unto the praise of God.
"10. [For it is He] Who rescued and saved us from such a perilous death, and He will still rescue and save us; in and on Him we have set our hope (our joyful and confident expectation) that He will again deliver us from danger and destruction and draw [us] to Himself, 11. While you also co-operate by your prayers for us--helping and laboring together with us. Thus the lips of many persons Godward turned will [eventually] give thanks on our behalf for the grace (the blessing of deliverance) granted us at the request of the many who have prayed." 2Cor.1.10,11 Amplified.

The fruit from these declarations spoken into our lives will be abundant, and that will be put to your account.

We can also make request with thanksgiving from God according to the same requests that Paul made for his partners. Making request to God for you by...

1. Giving God thanks for the grace of your being enriched with all utterance and all knowledge with the testimony and gifts of Christ operating freely in your midst. 1Cor.1.4-8.

2. Giving God thanks with joy for your partnership in the gospel, requesting that your love abound more and more in all knowledge and judgement that you approve things that are excellent; that you are pure and without offense until the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ. Php.1.3-11.

3. Giving God thanks that you are filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding that you walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, increasing in the knowledge of God, strengthened with all  might...patience...longsuffering with joyfulness with thanksgiving (for our glorious position in Christ). Col.1.3,9-11.

4. Giving God thanks for your receiving the Word of God and presenting yourselves to be vessels used of God so that Word is "sounded out" to all those around you and into other areas, effectively working in you even in the face of persecution. 1Thes.1.2---2.16.

5. Giving God thanks for your exceeding growing faith and abounding love, and for your patience and faith in tribulation and persecution, and that you are counted worthy of His calling (that He finds you to be a vessel He can use) in the work of faith with power so that the name of Jesus is glorified in you and you in Him. 2Thes.1.3,11.

6. That first of all, all types of prayer be made for all people and for heads of nations that the gospel prevail in peace so that all people in the world can be saved (Here, we see that God expects us to pray big). 1Tim.2.1-6.

7. That partners pray for one another daily with a true affection for one another 2Tim.1.3-5.

8. Giving God thanks for love and faith operating in your lives that the communication of your faith is effective by your realizing and giving place to every good thing that is in you in Christ Jesus, and that the saints are refreshed by your life. Phlm.vs.4-7.

9. That you might have a good conscience with utter honesty, and that we might be able to come to you and share the good things of God with you. Heb.13.18,19.

These are some of the Spirit-inspired, Spirit-led prayers of the New Testament. As we declare and request these things into each others lives, we will see fruit born that is put to all our accounts. These prayers, coupled together with planting our seed and presenting ourselves to God for service, will result in an exceeding abundant harvest across the face of the earth through all of our lives until the end. What a way to go! Praise the Lord.
So, let us pray for one another, and together we will carry out what God has given us to do.
We are given the victory in Christ Jesus our Lord. By our words, by our work, and by our ways, we declare the victory of our Lord. As we carry out the plan of speaking His Word in faith with thanksgiving and praise, consistently sowing seed in faith, and submitting our lives to Him for His service (proclaiming the Word, planting a seed, and presenting ourselves), we bring a full manifestation of His victory in the earth for all to see and be saved unto His eternal glory. Amen.
