F--Focus. Your focus is on the mission before you.
A--Available. Making yourself available, and using what is available.
I--Intelligent/Inventive. As we focus on the mission before us, and pray,
    meditiate, and use our head, we will become inventive to accomplish that
    mission.
T--Thorough. Disciplined. Organized. A good steward of time and energy. Not
    wasteful.
H--Helpful. Everybody is in a ministry of helps, and some have a particular grace
    in that area. One of the greatest testimonies you hear related in the world, is
    that of helpfulness.
F--Fire. Keep the flame of your passion toward the Lord stirred up into a flame.
    Not bogged down in the mechanics.
U--Understand that not everybody will be marching to the same drum beat, with
    the same level of understanding and commitment. That's OK. We are all at
    different stages in our life and in our walk with the Lord. He is very patient
    with us. We need to be patient with ourselves and with one another.
L--Love. Always meet people where they are, looking after their best interests,
    and seeking to build them up.
    Look over sin in order to lift others up.
    Learn to enjoy God's presence even in trying situations.
    Laugh a lot, looking for the good things to be thankful for.
