INTRODUCTION: Isa. 49. 8-10. “I will…give thee…that thou mayest say to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves.” To stir our passion to become effective soulwinners every day of our lives with a vision to reach the world one-by-one. Legend of the starfish—“I made a difference in that one.” Coach made winning teams by training each student how to be a winning student.  God’s ministry to His Church, like the coach. God is training us so that we don’t receive the grace of God in vain, ie. to no purpose, but that we each become personal winners, who all make up a winning team, teamed up with God and His people, so that we become effective witnesses of Jesus, NOW.

I. NOT TOMORROW, BUT TODAY
Pr.29.18 “Where there is no vision, the people perish…” No vision of souls, we put off…
Mt. 6. 34--sufficient;  2Ti. 4.2--instant;  Php. 2. 15,16—holding forth the word of life
Illustration: House on fire.   The need of salvation exists today, so we can know that  we have grace today to be a personal winner, to be a part of a winning team, and to be a soul winner. It is urgent for us to take our place in His grace. Souls depend on us—today.

II. ON THE BASIS OF THE BLOOD
The blood has been shed. It’s a done deal. Jesus is resurrected and seated above all. We are seated with Him. Heaven is an open heaven. We can live and minister with God NOW with all authority. The Word and the Spirit are alive NOW. Everything is in place. It’s time to move our feet and our mouth. God is always with us every day.
Heb. 13: 20,21;  10: 10, 12-14, 16-19. V.19—We now have boldness by virtue of what Jesus has done. We have boldness by depending on His finished work and the Word of God.  Don’t have to understand electricity JUST ACT ON WHAT YOU DO KNOW.
House is wired. All in place. Just step into room and flip switch by words of mouth.

III. WE HAVE GRACE TO REAP THE HARVEST RIGHT NOW
Grace is the unlimited life, power, gifts, abilities, and nature of God imparted to us by the power of the Holy Spirit, (through the complete righteousness and the finished sacrificial work of Jesus Christ on our behalf, because of His love for us and His mercy toward us), to enable us to do all the will of God on earth here and now, with a victorious spirit of excellence, praise, worship, and thanksgiving unto God, thereby overcoming all things, to go and make disciples of all nations! 2 Cor. 12. 9, 10
2 Cor. 2.14: "Now thanks be unto God, which always causeth us to triumph in Christ, and makes manifest the savour of his knowledge by us in every place." Paul was a soul winner every place he went because he knew he was always, daily, hooked up with with God in Christ the winner, so always had boldness to speak the gospel to every creature.
