I’ve Got
the Power
I’ve got the Word of God
spoken from the beginning.
I’ve got the Blood that
has washed me clean and positioned me in Him.
I’ve got the broken Body
that has healed all my sicknesses.
I’ve got the resurrected
Christ that makes alive my mortal body.
I’ve got the Holy Spirit
within and upon me.
I’ve got the unchanging
promises that He will be with me always.
I’ve got Jesus and the
Holy Spirit praying for me.
I’ve got the position
seated with Him in heavenly places far above all principalities and powers.
I’ve got free and bold
access to the Father 24/7.
Did somebody say that I
did not have the power? Excuse me!
God gave man the power in
the beginning in Genesis 1:28.
Jesus gave his followers
the power during his earthly ministry by demonstration and impartation in
Matthew 9:35 and Matthew 10: 1, 7,8.
Jesus told of how the
power would be transferred to believers who were filled with the Holy Spirit in
Acts 1:8.
Paul prayed for the
faithful in Christ Jesus that they understand that they had the unlimited power
of God in their lives in Ephesians 1: 1, 16-23.
The lying accuser of the
brethren says we don’t have the
power. It is revealed to the church through John that now salvation, strength, and the kingdom of God, and the power of
his Christ is come, and that the
lying accuser has been defeated in
Revelation 12: 10.
John further discloses the
secret to making that extraordinary position in Christ a daily experience of
victory. We overcome that lying accuser by the blood of the Lamb, by the word
of our testimony, and we don’t live by what we see in the natural, the way
things are happening in us and around us, but we live only by what we see in
the Word.
I’ve got the power now in
the name of Jesus as I live by the Word of God today.
