Go, on the basis of the Covenant Word.
Know that God is there to protect and confirm
the Word.
Sow the Word into your famished land.
Dig out the stopped up wells.
Deal with adversaries and opposition.
Dwell in the land with abundant fruitfulness.

Spirit, soul, body, family, finances, favor with God and
man, eternal future.
All seven areas of life have full, abundant, over-flowing
provision in the Covenant, but requires action to receive.
"Get outta the way, I think I gotta move! I'm gonna do
something!"
Jesus said, "He who has ears to hear, let him hear". This
is how you truly HEAR: Hear the Word, Embrace
it to believe it, Act on it, Receive manifestation.

Point of message: There had been prophetic utterance. Because four men decided to take some action, a nation was saved. Spiritually, physically, economically. Nations of the world, our own nation, need saving.
Situation:
--6.24-33 Extreme famine in the land.
--7.1 A prophetic utterance is given for great
deliverance.
--7.2 Some doubt. Doubters can see it, but they
don't eat of it.
--7.3 Four lepers decide to take action, and they
step into the very plan and purpose of God to save a nation.
Application:
Leprosy = Natural concepts that limit. Can infect others.
--"I can't"
--Some people
have a bad case of the "Used to be's" ("I can't")
--Others have
a bad case of the "Gonna be's" (another form of "I can't")
--"I'm sick"
--"I'm poor", "I just don't have the
money"
--"I'm just not a bold witness", or
"I'm just not a soul-winner"
--"I'm just not called to preach or
go to the mission field"
--"Not called"
Cleansing from leprosy = washing of the water of the Word

It's a mind renewal and a mouth renewal--what
we are thinking/speaking.
IT IS SEEING JESUS, THE I AM,
RESURRECTED AND REIGNING!
"Remember that Jesus Christ (the Anointed One), of the
seed of David (in the
Covenant geneology), was raised from the dead according
to my gospel" (2Ti.2.8). Oh, when He rose from the dead, that meant total
victory, that the gates of hell cannot prevail against the Church of God
in any way!!
We need to be seeing and saying:
--"I can" Php.4.13.
--"I am strong" and "I am full of
power by the Spirit of the Lord".
Joel 3.10;
Micah 3.8
--"I am blessed and the blessing of
the Lord makes me rich, and He adds no
sorrow or
travail, with it". Pro.10.22
--"I am bold as a lion", for "The
wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the
righteous
are bold as a lion". Pro.28.1
--"I am called and sent to preach
the gospel to the whole world", for, His
commission
to the whole church is to go preach the gospel to every creature

God's prophetic purposes in all the ages hinges on one thing:
That this gospel is taken to all peoples of the nations.
--Mt.28.18-20.
There is no other program for the Church. This is the
program, in God's mind, for all ages.
Conclusion:
--We will either be doubters or doers! Hearers or a hindrance.
--We either take action or we atrophy, shrivelling up
and wasting away,
powerless to do anything.
--Faith without works is dead. Jesus called for action
for people to receive their
provisions of healing. It's always been
that way.
--To be faithful, is
to take action with God today!
