1.The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
1.The LORD is my business partner, I shall not lack.

2. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
2. I am relaxed, knowing that I will always have abundance of the finest provisions in every way.

3. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
3. When I am having a rough day, He is always right there, guiding me in the right way of doing things, imparting wisdom and confidence, to cause me to triumph for His name’s sake.

4. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
4. Yes, I am confident, even in the face of all types of distress, debt, or even death itself, for He is always there, correcting and instructing me and drawing me into His perfect way.

5. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
5. As a result, in the face of all kinds of obstacles, I feast on the finest that life has to offer, so that all may see God’s blessing upon me, and I am filled with a realization of His presence and joy at all times.

6. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Without fail, because of the loving nature of God to always do good toward me, through His mercies shown toward me through the sacrifice of His Son Jesus Christ, I will always have God’s blessings and favor pursuing and overtaking me all the days of my life, and then after that, I will be living in God’s presence for all eternity.
