All Lives Matter

Jesus Christ demonstrated impartially and unconditionally that all lives matter. He demonstrated this by giving his life to save and help good people, bad people, all colors of people, the unborn, the young, the old, and people of every culture and persuasion. He offered himself as the true way to God and to a victorious and harmonious way of life for all people. Those who truly follow Jesus walk in love, righteousness, truth, and justice. Those who don’t follow him walk in hatred, unrighteousness, lies, deception, and injustice. It’s all in the book. You can read it for yourself (1 John). If every person, starting with the Christian community, will truly follow Jesus, the world’s problems will start clearing up like putting alum in a muddy pond. It causes the suspended dirt in the water to clump together and sink to the bottom, out of circulation. To truly walk in God’s love, righteousness, truth, and justice means that we each deal with our own personal issues that are not in line with the Word of God and correct them. As we each do this our outlook, our attitude, our actions, and our reactions are all in a process of change to come into conformity to the life of Christ. The more intently we follow him, the quicker we are changed. His impartial and unconditional love, his righteousness, his truth, his wisdom, and his justice are what we need in the world today.

There are a lot of issues being publicly expressed these days. The real issue and the real answer needs to be brought before us all. Every person will be judged by God according to the life of Christ. Jesus taught that it is not those who just say “Lord, Lord,” who enter into heaven, but those who do the will of the Father. He said in that day he will profess to people who refuse to actually follow him, “I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity” (Matthew 7:21-23). God has given Jesus to help, heal, guide, and deliver in every way. We either take God’s remedy or we are on our own. It is evident in our society and in our world how well we do on our own – not good at all. Do followers of Jesus make mistakes? Absolutely. That is why we must walk before God in all humility and repentance. The true follower does not want to make mistakes and they want to follow Jesus closely. As we all humble ourselves before God to seek his way and allow him to do his work in our lives, he will work in our lives, and we will become part of the solution instead of part of the problem. The life that Jesus Christ demonstrated is for all people to follow. All Lives Matter.
