The rage of the age with us now is AI (Artificial Intelligence). Anytime we google anything, AI is right there with the answer. My understanding is that they have taken vast amounts of information about everything known to man and put it all into one bucket called AI. There, it is shaken together, mixed around, and put together as a logical conclusion based on all the information at hand. When a question is asked on the internet, it just goes to that bucket and draws out the answer from all that collaborated information. Granted, my understanding of AI might be a little oversimplified, but it works for me, and I am happy with it. AI is like pistols and rifles—they are good and useful in themselves; it is how they are used by man that is good or evil. Or, as I read of one analogy, forks and spoons are good and very useful and convenient in themselves—harmless; but how they are used can make you fat. I like to try to get the big picture on things, the overview. It seems that AI can provide the overview of things based on the vast amount of information it draws from. However, when a man’s sneaky little finger gets in there and uses that information for a twisted purpose to justify himself or to control other people, then we have a problem. Man is historically known to have such propensities, so with that awareness, we should be paying attention to what we read and see. We have an AI in Christ Jesus our Lord—Authority and Identification. God’s answers come through His authority and identification with Him. God, through Jesus Christ, has all authority, dominion and power forever. Every man, with all his opinions, reasoning, analysis, justification and collaboration of information, will ultimately lay it all down and give account to God for his life according to God’s terms. God’s terms of abundant life here and hereafter are offered in the person of His Spirit-anointed Son, Jesus. That’s where identification comes in. When we lay our life down at the feet of Jesus, and receive Him and His work for us as our right-standing with God, then we have met God’s terms of abundant and eternal life. As we learn to draw on Him, on His authority, and as we learn to draw on our identification with Him as our mode of operation in daily life, we are able to experience positive change. We gain understanding that is empowering and beneficial to us and to others. It is a new life with release from bondage and peace and joy and being liberated in His healing power. We can learn to live life in His AI, in His authority and by identification with Him. He, Jesus Christ, is God’s terms for full, complete and eternal life. It is all in Him. Everything we need is in Jesus, the Spirit-anointed Son of God. Drawing from God’s AI, we can live forever.
